3. How to Return an Item

To initiate a return:

2. We will send you a Return Authorization Number (RMA) and instructions on how to return the item.
3. Please securely pack the item and return it with proof of purchase.
4. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Once we receive the returned item and confirm that it meets our return criteria, we will process a refund. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. 5. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, please initiate a return for the original item and place a new order for the replacement product.
